A long-established domaine now covering 37 hectares. The premiers crus (Beauroy, Côte de Léchet, Montmain and Fourchaume) are vinified in stainless steel, but 20 per cent is then aged in wood. The grand cru Vaudésir is handled similarly but with 30 per cent in wood. The Tremblay family, originating in La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, have many tentacles in and around Chablis: Lyne Marchive of Domaine des Malandes was born a Tremblay, as were the wives of Jean-Claude Bessin, Pascal Bouchard and Jean Goulley.
