From a long established viticultural family in Fleys, Charly Nicolle decided to set up on his own in 2000. A small percentage of wood is used in vinification, using larger barrels, which is then blended with the major proportion in the spring. Most wines were bottled in November, except the Petit Chablis (earlier) and the Mont de Milieu and negociant Bougros (later). All wines are now bottled with DIAM closures.
