2016 saw the development of Arnaud Mortet’s own label. This officially this has to be classed as a negociant business but it is effectively the same as a domaine, in that Arnaud and his team do all the vineyard work. There are 4 hectares which a retiring vigneron has conferred on Arnaud and his sister. They are paid for the work in the vineyards and then purchase the grapes. The vineyards have had no herbicide for at least 10 years and the plant selection is of high quality.

The domaine covers approximately 2 hectares of Gevrey-Chambertin, a little bit of Lavaux St Jacques, rather more La Perrière and some Charmes-Chambertin and Mazoyères-Chambertin which are being made separately.
