Domaine Sébastien Magnien

Updated Sep 2022

No relation to the Côte de Nuits Magniens, Sébastien comes instead from Meloisey (his mother is a Parigot) but has transferred headquarters to revamped cellars in the middle of Meursault. This is one of those domaines which makes very good wines at very fair prices, but stays a little bit under the radar for lack of first division vineyards which catch the eye. Having said this, Sebastien has a healthy holding of one of the top locations in the Hautes Côtes Beaune, the Clos des Perrières in Meloisey.
