General Questions

• How do I comment on an article on JMIB?

  To comment you will need to be logged in to your JMIB account.

• Why can’t I read Tasting Reports?

  To view all content on the JMIB website in full, you will need to have an active subscription.

  To subscribe click the red ‘Subscribe’ tab at the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.

• What is a Tasting Report?

  A Tasting Report is Jasper’s report on a series of wines tasted together. These might be the wines of one vintage, one producer, a village, a vineyard – or another grouping on a particular theme.

• What is a Tasting Note?

  A Tasting Note is a report by Jasper on a specific wine that he has tasted on a specific occasion.

• Can I reproduce material from this website?

  All material on this website is copyright. However, Tasting Notes and Scores from this website may be quoted on the condition that all material reproduced is attributed to Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy and reproduced without editing, paraphrase or compression. Photographs may not be reproduced. Please contact us if you might wish to reproduce more substantial sections of text.

Account Questions

• How do I logout?

  To logout of your JMIB account, you click the ‘Log Out’ link in the top right of the website.

• How do I change my email address?

  Simply log in to your JMIB Account and click on ‘Your Details’ from the right hand navigation. You will then be able to amend any details on this page and Save them by clicking the button at the foot of the page

• I can't remember my password, can you send me it?

  For security reasons, we cannot access your account password. You will need to reset it: click to login as normal and the ‘Reset Password’ link is located at the bottom of the login window. Alternatively, you can click the link below to reset your password.

• How can I change my Username?

  It is not possible to change your Username once you have registered with JMIB. You will need to delete your account and register again.

• How do I save articles and other pages?

  Any post or article can be bookmarked to be read at a later date. Just click the bookmark icon above the page title. You must be logged in to use this feature.

Subscription

• How do I subscribe?

  Just click the red Subscribe tab at the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.

• What does it cost?

  It costs £95.00 to subscribe to the JMIB website.

• How long does a subscription last?

  Currently we offer a 12 month subscription.

• Will you automatically send me a reminder when my subscription is coming to an end?

  You will be reminded by email, in plenty of time to ensure your subscription to the JMIB website does not expire.

• How can I pay for my subscription?

  The JMIB website will accept most major credit and debit cards including; Visa and Mastercard

• How do I remove my account?

  Please email info@insideburgundy.com with your request.

• How do I change my home address?

  Simply log in to your JMIB Account and click on ‘Your Details’ from the right hand navigation. You will then be able to amend any details on this page and Save them by clicking the button at the foot of the page.

• What are the Burgundy vineyards?

  The Burgundy (Bourgogne) region is in the north-eastern quadrant of France; it comprises the regions of Chablis, the Côte d’Or, the Côte Chalonnaise, the Mâconnais and Beaujolais.
