Chablis domaines are not only producing still white wines! I saw some beautiful crémant de bourgognes, and Domaine Roland Lavantureux is even branching out to these beautiful bottles.

A theme that emerges from conversations with Chablis producers is a lack in the quantity, if not quality, of the 2024 vintage.

How do Chablis producers view the state of the newest vintages? I've been visiting the little town, to taste and catch up with friends old and new in the region.
