Pale lemon and lime, beautifully concentrated nose, very Vaillons, with a touch of reduction. Rather fleshier than usual but balanced by the bitter finish. Just a touch of heat behind. Lemon and quince notes on the palate reflecting respectively the terroir and the warmth of the summer.
