A glowing daffodil to fresh gold colour. Softer and richer notes on the nose, flirting with quality botrytis, a buttery reduction, here the fruit does explode on the palate, with an excellent structure and very long. A little spicy peppery touch right at the back. This is not the wine which Dominique would want to make now, but I liked it very much indeed.
