Antoine and Céline Angst are first generation vignerons, based in Pontigny a little to the north of the region. Their chance came in 2013 when they were able to take over the vines of a small domaine in Courgis, one of the villages south-west of Chablis. They make two of the least often seen 1ers crus, Côte de Jouan and Côte de Cuissy. The wines are made in stainless steel tanks.
