Tasting in Chablis, I had the pleasure of tasting the 2023 vintage which is mainly in bottle already, unlike some 2024s.

Chablis domaines are not only producing still white wines! I saw some beautiful crémant de bourgognes, and Domaine Roland Lavantureux is even branching out to these beautiful bottles.
